By your using the services of MusicGrams4U.com LLC you hereby agree and release MusicGrams4U.com LLC, it's affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, cost, and expenses of any kind or matter that may arise out of using MusicGrams4U.com products and/or services.

Any reference made of MusicGramsU4.com within this site,correspondence,or any other means of transmission, verbal, electronic, print shall be referring to MusicGrams4U.com LLC, a Limited Liabilty Corporation.

All orders shall be paid for with good funds at time of order submission to MusicGrams4U.com. No orders will be started until such time. When MusicGrams4U.com is advised by PayPal of payment recieved, order will be processed and delivered on date and time requested by customer.

Cancelation of Orders. Orders may not be canceled or refund issued, for delivery on same day as ordered. Orders placed for delivery 24 hours in advance may be canceled but subject to cancelation charge of $5.00.

Orders placed to Cell Phone numbers will not be refunded for dropped call, or poor audio quality as these are conditions are beyond our control

Force Majeure. MusicGrams 4U.com is not liable for any delay or failure in performance under the terms of this service resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, terrorism, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.

All service and/or products provided by MusicGram4U.com LLC are provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. MusicGrams4U.com LLC will make every effort to ensure that your service or product is made in a prompt and error free manner.Three attempts will be made to make live contact with recipiant, if recipiant has voice mail or answering machine the MusicGram will be left on voice mail/answering machineon the third attempt.. If after the third attempt and no answering machine and no voice mail is availbale MusicGrams4U.com will have fufilled it's part of the contract and no refund will be given. Any transmission of services or product over the internet are at the risk of the user. MusicGrams4U.com LLC cannot be held responsible for any errors, viruses, or other forms of content loss, destruction, infections, etc. Should any infection be caused to user's computer as a result of a virus or any other means, it will be soley the user responsibility and cost to correct that problem. MuscGram4U.com LLC utilizies tha latest anti-virus scanning software to ensure that nothing leaves our system infected. User should also protect themselves with anti-virus programs on their end.

MusicGrams4U.com LLC does not sell share or rent any information about our customers with anyone, except as provided by law under certain conditions, i.e. court order, etc.

MusicGrams4U.com LLC may restrict the use of material submitted by customer that may be considered obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable.

Credit Card information is not gathered by MusicGrams4U.com LLC, but by our agents PayPal. We do not have access nor do we keep records of any transactions so completed. The MusicGram is not sent until payment has been confirmed by out agent.

Our Server uses 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure your information is protected from unauthorized interception.

Important:
Cell phone song quality cannot be promised as cell phones are subject to many conditions that cause poor reception. Land line telephones do not have this problem.
